I bought this lipstick at IMATS London this year and to be totally honest with you, I just picked the shade up at random. I am so glad I did though as I had been wanting to try this formula for a while. The shade I bought is in Antwerp, a pink shade lip cream and there are 12 other shades also.
This lip cream is claimed to be neither a lipstick or lip gloss.
When first applied, is has a silky sheen to it. I found I had to make sure the shade was consistent on my lips as it could appear a little streaky. The feel on the lips is quite buttery and smooth which does feel lush.
After it has been left for a while, it dries with a matte finish. I don’t usually go for matte finishes because I like my lips to be moisturised, so what I do, is put a balm underneath the product. I would very much recommended use a balm under it if you have dry lips. If you are a lover of matte finishes, this is perfect for you.
The lasting power on this lip cream is around 4-5 hours which is not bad at all being that durable! The price is great too and quite affordable. I do really want to try the Extreme Lip creams now to see how they compare.
