Today’s look is a casual and extremely comfy outfit. One that I wore to the park to catch up with some friends and run some errands. I know it’s Spring where you should be seeing a lot more bright colours included in outfit posts etc etc but for now it’s blacks and greys. This over sized jacket was a bargain from misguided for only £9. I just roll the sleeves slightly which I love the look of.
This long River Island dress has a cool ‘Couture’ slogan and can be paired with so many different colours and worn differently. Tucked into skirts, trousers worn with belts, all sorts. As it was a chilly day I wore patterned tights and my latest Nike SB kicks.
I have wanted a pair of Nikes for a while now but wanted something unique so opted for these Stefan Janoski Skate boarding shoes which I bought in the Carnaby Street Store. They are the comfiest things ever and were a life saver when I went to Paris earlier on in the year. I’m not a skateboarder but the way these are designed… I just love them and only found in selected stores too. You can see the pictures on my instagram @mintyessence and see how I wore the pair.
This week has been full of work but well rested after a week off. Also getting a new car was a highlight to start my March on a good note so I’m still buzzing from that. Inspirational quotes have got me hooked on instagram, even if I am becoming more anti-social. I came across one that said some people have more than 50 quotes screenshot/ saved on their phones…. that is SO me.
